  • 1 bag tortilla chips (plain, lime, salsa verde)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ jicama
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup tamarind candies
  • 1 cup Japanese-style peanuts
  • 1 lime
  • 2-3 tablespoon Tajin
  • 2-3 tablespoon chamoy
  • 2-3 tablespoon Valentina hot sauce
  • 2 7 oz bags of Tostitos

  1. Cucumber, jicama, and mango should all be peeled and cubed for the toppings. Remove the remaining toppings and open them.
  2. Set that aside for the toppings.
  3. Serving size: Cut the top of a bag of Tostitos lengthwise. Keep the chips in the bag.
  4. Alternatively, spread the Tostitos chips out on a big platter, tray, or baking dish.
  5. On top, layer cucumber, jicama, mango, and your favorite toppings.
  6. Using Japanese peanuts, rielito (tamarind candy), and churritos, if desired.
  7. Topped with chamoy, Valentina hot sauce, and lime juice.
  8. Spread the chips out on a plate, platter, or casserole dish in an even layer. Combine the sliced cucumber, jicama, mango, tamarind candies, and peanuts in a mixing bowl. Add chile-lime seasoning (or Tajin), chamoy, and Valentina hot sauce to the top. Serve with lime wedges.
