    • ยฝ teaspoon pepper

  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 5 ounces queso fresco, crumbled
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 ยฝ cup sour cream

Garnachas Recipe Step by Step

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil and sautรฉ onion until soft. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender, then add the ground beef, potatoes, salt, and pepper to taste. Affixed to the side.
