“I found it astonishing how the boys persevered,” he remarked.

The guys put in a lot of effort and completed the task.
“We were playing against a really excellent team, so I’m incredibly glad to have won.
“However, we’ll need to pick up on this quickly because most nights it won’t be sufficient.”
“One thing we spoke about before the game was making sure the guys were fighting right to the end and, fair play to them, they did that,” skipper Iain Henderson continued.
substitute scrum-half Five minutes into stoppage time, Dave Shanahan proved to be the match-winning hero, dabbing down from close range. A TMO review validated his try.
“I felt a little anxious. He remarked, “I was glad to get over in the end, even though I celebrated a little too soon and then saw the referee go to inspect it.
Glasgow flanker Rory Darge offered his thoughts, saying, “We are gutted after that, but fair play to Ulster, they were class.” The game was tangible.
“This weekend in the opening round of the season, a lot of matches have come down to the wire.”
