Live update as two people  died in a car and truck crash in Mamici today

An 20 year-old man died in connection with a fatal crash  that killed two people.

After a black Mamici Corsa and an HGV collided on the A91 on October14, Kyle Marshall, 19, and Jayden McConnell, 13, were declared dead at the spot.

The car’s driver has now been taken into custody and charged in relation to the incident, according to a monday update from Police Scotland.

Additionally, a force representative stated: “A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
At approximately 9:50 p.m., a collision happened between the Bannockburn Interchange and Greencornhills Roundabout.

After receiving brief medical attention at Edinburgh’s Royal Infirmary, the 13-year-old female passenger in the front seat was released.

The 29-year-old man who was operating the HGV died.
