  • Clean water in preferred quantity
  • 1½ cup of strong black tea
  • 1½ cup of Hokkaido milk
  • 2 tablespoon of sweetener
  • Tapioca balls (optional)

  1. To make 1 and half cups of black tea, bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Continue to steep the tea bag once the water reaches the boiling point until you achieve the desired flavor.
  3. Pour the Hokkaido milk into the pot while it’s steeping to bring out the sweetness, and steep for another 5 minutes to get a rich, creamy beverage with a lot of flavors buried in it.
  4. Allow the mixed tea to cool before serving.
