Gory and horrible sight in Royal Stoke after A53 crash kills three bikers

Three bikers, who were thought to be from Yorkshire, were killed in an accident that happened on the A53 between Flash and Buxton. Two victims were transferred to the main hospital in Stoke-on-Trent.

There was also a car and a van involved in the multi-vehicle crash.

Yesterday morning at 9.43am, East Midlands Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene of the incident. The driver of the van and two passengers from the automobile were sent to the hospital.

An ambulance service representative stated: “A multi-vehicle collision was reported by a caller. We dispatched three crewed ambulances, an air ambulance, a medical first responder, and a paramedic in an ambulance car. We used a land ambulance to take one patient to Stepping Hill Hospital and two patients to Royal Stoke University Hospital.”
