Everton is interested in Luton Town’s striker; a £20 million bid is being made.
Everton and Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in Luton Town striker Elijah Adebayo, but they could demand up to £20 million, according to The Sun.
Even though Luton Town has just ended its transfer window, there will probably still be rumors regarding the whereabouts of important players at Kenilworth Road.
Over the summer, the Hatters may have expected to add a few more players. Aside from Mark McGuinness, Rob Edwards was essentially limited to using the loan and free transfer markets.
Important players like Chiedozie Ogbene and Ross Barkley left as well, signing with Aston Villa and Ipswich Town, respectively.
It is now being rumored that in January, the Premier League may call on one more important player.
Elijah Adebayo, a striker for Luton Town, is reportedly being lined up by Crystal Palace and Everton. The Eagles are considering him in case Jean-Philippe Mateta leaves, and the Toffees have made him their top target as they prepare to lose Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
But the Hatters aren’t going to let him leave for peanuts. They would be willing to sell, but only for a sum between £15 and £20 million.
