Due to an ongoing police investigation, no date has been set for an inquest into the death of a five-year-old boy who was involved in a crash in Bewdley.
Teddy Hickman was killed at roughly 2:00 pm on October 19 in a collision involving a Ford Focus and a KTM motorcycle on the B4011 in Blackthorn, close to the intersection with Dowles Road On April 25, Oxford Coroner’s Court opened an inquiry into the death of the little child.
According to reports, a paramedic declared Teddy, a resident of Bicester, dead at 2:18 p.m. that day.
A severe head injury has been listed as his medical cause of death.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 40s, was seriously injured and the woman was treated by ambulance staff for potentially serious injuries and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment.

During the trial, a man who accused his fiancée of murder was convicted guilty of assault.
On Thursday, October 17, an inquest review took place at the same court. However, because of the ongoing police investigation, an investigating officer has stated that there is currently no scheduled date for the inquest.
Following the incident, Thames Valley Police issued a call for witnesses, but no arrests have been made as of yet.
Teddy’s family left a number of memorials at the scene and called the tiny child “beautiful” and “cheeky.”
