Two killed and one fighting for life after Salisbury crash involving children

Three people died following a head-on collision on a busy road.

On Monday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the collision on the A30 close to Winterslow, east of Salisbury.

According to Wiltshire Police, at approximately 14:20 BST, a Volkswagen Polo is believed to have crashed head-on with a Vauxhall Corsa travelling in the opposite direction.

Both drivers, a guy in his 20s and a man in his 40s, were sent to the hospital, along with a lady in her 40s who was a passenger .

Wiltshire Police are requesting witnesses and stated they would like to speak with anyone who has dash cam footage or who saw the Polo being driven either before or at the time of the collision.
