After an attempted robbery, an elderly man passes away, and a woman is accused of killing him.
Tandy Swinton was charged with murder and attempted robbery when she showed up at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The elderly man was seriously injured during the incident at a property on Dryburgh Gardens, Dundee on April 25.
He died in hospital a month later on May 25.
Tandy Swinton appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday where she faced a charge of murder and attempted robbery.
The 43-year-old from Dundee made no plea and was remanded in custody.
She is due to appear before court again within the next eight days.
