After being stabbed in the stomach on a Staffordshire street, a woman was brought to the hospital. It happens as investigators look into the Stafford attack and a 48-year-old woman is being held today.
At 11:05 p.m. on August 21, West Midlands Ambulance Service officers and paramedics were dispatched to Sidney Avenue in response to allegations that “a woman had been stabbed in the abdomen.”
According to Staffordshire Police, the victim was sent to a hospital, where her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or transformative. According to the force, a 48-year-old Stafford resident was detained on suspicion of intentionally injuring someone today.
A representative stated: “She is still being held.” Anyone with knowledge that would aid us in our inquiry is someone we would be eager to speak with.”
