Sue Whiteman March reports that a woman grabbed her four-year-old child as they were walking home from school on Tuesday, November 16.
Taking to Facebook, Sue wrote: “They grabbed my daughter by the wrist while walking through the alley next to Northdown Surgery (Margate).
“They said, ‘you’re coming home with me’.
“My niece who was collecting my daughter screamed and made noise to draw attention and this couple ran off.”
